These lesson plans revolve around Southwest Michigan's Fruit Belt--it's history, culture, and science.  The lessons work independently to enhance the exhibit,  "The World's Largest"- The Benton Harbor Fruit Market and Southwest Michigan's Fruit Belt at the Fort Miami Heritage Center in St. Joseph, Michigan.
